What is an OMB Circular A-123 internal control review?
OMB Circular A-123 sets out federal agency management's responsibility for internal control. An A-123 review tests whether an agency's controls over financial reporting and operations are designed well and working as intended, and documents any deficiencies so management can fix them.
Confidence in your financial reporting
Whether a company is public or private, it is essential that all of its stakeholders — management, lenders, investors and others — have confidence in its financial reporting.
Our audit and assurance practice adheres to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and generally accepted auditing standards (GAAS), and to our own rigorous internal guidelines for preparation methods, data handling and delivery.
